Trey grew up in central Mississippi and moved to the Pensacola area shortly after graduating from Mississippi State University in 1994.  He is married to Christy and has four children ranging in age from 11 to 25 years old. Trey works and lives in the Gulf Breeze community and enjoys fishing, tennis, and spending time with his family. Involvement in his community and giving back is important to Trey. Manderson Realty Group proudly sponsors and supports local youth sports, Gulf Breeze schools, community events, and is a member of the Gulf Breeze Chamber. He obtained his Florida Real Estate license in February 1998. In 2001, he obtained his Broker license and operated as broker associate until 2015 when he activated his Broker license and formed Manderson Realty Group. 

Trey has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the E-Pro Internet Marketing (E-PRO) designation and has completed the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) curriculum. Trey is also a licensed real estate broker in Mississippi and Alabama, and a licensed mortgage loan originator in Florida operating in partnership with Rocket Mortgage. Trey has enjoyed a 25 plus year career selling residential real estate in the Greater Pensacola area. He specializes in the sale of waterfront and resort properties in Gulf Breeze and on Pensacola Beach. He is an experienced Realtor in the Greater Pensacola area and has won numerous production and customer service awards.
